Advantages of Leasing the land over buying through a company
The initial investment price does not include the cost of the land plot, allowing for a faster return on investment (6-7 years).
The value of the property increases by 35-40% during the first year of construction.

Direct registered lease agreement for 30 years with the Thai landowner (no subleasing from companies) and ownership registration certificate in your name as an individual.
There is no requirement for a Thai national to own 51% shares of a company.
This type of ownership is the only legal and secure way to own real estate in the Kingdom of Thailand.
You are exempt from annual income tax reporting. By eliminating the risk of having your land plot and house owned by a Thai nominee with a 51% shareholding in a company, you eliminate potential problems.
Construction and Design
The main contractor is a large Thai company with over 20 years of construction experience on the island. Our architect and designer are highly qualified individuals with years of experience, and they have put a lot of thought into the design and the structure of the houses and the plan of the village to answer most of homeowner’s needs, making living in, renting out and owning a home as comfortable, simple, and convenient as possible.
Only high-quality construction materials are used in the construction process. Well-known global manufacturers' systems are used for interior finishes (air conditioners, pump groups, plumbing fixtures). The village is connected to the state water supply and equipped with its own water well with a filtration system, providing cleaner and higher-quality water while avoiding water supply interruptions.
Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2024 (with a construction period of 14 months)
